Fixed foot ring.

The foot ring is made entirely of steel. The central hub is painted black and the ring hoop is chrome-plated.

The foot ring is mounted using an extension fitted into the base. It sits approximately 130mm above the base. 

the foot ring is used with short gas lifts: PG-235, PG-195.
